Lymphatics & You -Movement for Optimal Health.
A Movement Workshop for Optimal Health
This class is designed to enliven your lymphatic system which relies on movement, breath, and muscle engagement to circulate fluid. Loosening, shaking, and twisting help to unstick stagnant lymph, while breath release supports the diaphragm—your body’s main lymph pump. When we move the lymph, we support the liver in processing toxins, helping us feel lighter and less stagnant—perfect for stepping out of winter and into spring. Book Now

Yoga & Pilates: Breath, Movement and Meditation
Our feet, with their 26 bones and 33 joints, are our quiet foundation.
This class invites movement to arise from the feet, using them as a springboard for the rest of the body. As the feet awaken, fluidity travels upward through the joints, restoring a sense of connection, rhythm, and flow.
A mindful yoga and Pilates class with meditation, where the breath nourishes spinal discs, supports joint freedom, and encourages ease of movement.
As the breath finds freedom, the body follows; through gentle, breath led sequences that cultivate spaciousness, stability, and embodied awareness.
Balance is key for us humans, shaping how we move through life. What allows us to stand and take our next step as bipeds is the ability to balance on one foot. Over time, however, the joints of the feet can become stiffer, affecting our balance, shortening our gait, and challenging our sense of stability and ease.
Through this class, we explore how reconnecting with the feet and the breath can restore fluidity, confidence, and ease throughout the whole body, a practice that moves from the ground up.
Monday 19th January 2026 19.15 - 20.30 at The Skylight Centre, Highbury N51JT Book Now
Reawaken your feet, rebalance your posture, and restore ease from the ground up as you step into 2026.
Begin the new year by paying attention to the part of the body we depend on most and think about least: the feet.
This 75-minute Pilates and yoga class in Highbury explores how freeing movement through the feet can transform the way your whole body feels, supports you, and moves through life.
We’ll gently wake up the toes, arches and ankles; release tension through calves and hips; and integrate that new awareness into flowing, strengthening movement through the pelvis, spine and breath. As the feet become more responsive and alive, the body finds better balance, stability and ease—helping knees, hips and back feel more supported.
Perfect if your feet feel stiff or numb, if you experience knee or hip discomfort, or if you simply want to reconnect with your body and begin 2026 feeling grounded, embodied and steady.
