Our lymphatic system is the key to vitality, inside and out. It’s what we work with to support resilience, prevent illness, and recover more easily—especially after viral or seasonal stress. It’s also what brings bright eyes and a spring in our step.
Lymph relies on movement, breath, and gentle muscle engagement to flow. Loosening, shaking, and twisting help to release stagnation, while breath release awakens the diaphragm, one of the body’s most powerful lymph pumps, as it changes pressure in the chest and abdomen with every inhale and exhale.
