Lymphatic Flow & Deep Relaxation – February

Support your body through the colder months and leave feeling lighter, warmer, and deeply at ease.

This nourishing class is designed to counter winter heaviness, low energy, and tension that can build during the cold months. Gentle, flowing movements and mindful twists will stimulate the lymphatic system, supporting immunity, circulation, and the release of stagnation—without depleting your energy.

Pilates-inspired techniques are woven in to help you feel quietly stronger, more stable, and supported in your body, while still keeping the practice soft and accessible.

We’ll finish with a guided yoga nidra, allowing the nervous system to fully settle and restore. Expect to leave feeling grounded, soothed, and replenished—wrapped in a sense of calm that stays with you long after the class ends.
