An Autumn Release.
You can look forward to loosening moves and twists to stimulate the lymph. These movements aim to strengthen the immune system and clear residual tension. There will also be Pilates techniques to strengthen and tone the whole body.
The practice will be drawn to a close with yin yoga and yoga nidra for deep relaxation.
