Move • Breathe • Reconnect
A movement & mindfulness workshop for the changing season Book Now
As summer softens into autumn, the natural world begins its quiet invitation to let go.
Leaves release their hold on the branches.
The air becomes cooler.
The light begins to change.
And we, too, are invited to turn inward — to breathe, release and make space for what is next.
Join me for movement, breath and mindfulness, as we move with the energy of the changing season.
In Chinese medicine, autumn is the Metal season — a time associated with the Lungs and Large Intestine, and with the rhythms of taking in and letting go.
Through gentle, nourishing movement we will explore the body’s natural pathways of flow, bringing attention to the lymphatic system, the feet and our relationship with the ground beneath us, while awakening and supporting the breath and lungs.
We will explore what it feels like to breathe in new life — creating space, energy and possibility — and what it means to let go of what we no longer need, just as the trees release their leaves.
A chance to pause.
To reconnect with your body.
To listen to your breath.
To move what has become stagnant.
To gather and build your resources for the months ahead.
Come as you are.
Leave feeling more grounded, spacious and connected — with a little more room to breathe.
Move. Breathe. Reconnect.
A seasonal practice of nourishment, release and renewal.
