Body work for your business
Alexandra treats each person for half an hour on a treatment table. All takes place fully clothed. The purpose is to get structural release, relax the muscles / mind and boost happiness and productivity.
Every one is unique and individual sessions give time to address what's going on for each person.
People will be dealing with the physical or personal issues that were present before and after lock down, and the current situation can exacerbates things like stress, back pain / neck pain.

Do you have multiple sites, an international workforce and are looking for wellbeing support for your employees online?
Alexandra offers focussed online group sessions based around three concepts, each will be unique to your company.

1) Movement
Stretching, structural movement, weight bearing, and fluid movements predominantly taken from yoga and pilates will be employed to release the whole body, and to build up strength in the core.
2) Breathwork
We will look at how to calm the mind with the breath and what it means to breath into the whole of the lungs, plus how to improve cirulation by working with the breath.
3) Meditation
How to focus the mind, improve concentration and create deep relaxation.
